Moscow authorities placed on auction a separate building built in the beginning of the XX century near the Byelorusskaya Metro station.
As Construction.RU has been told today be the Moscow Department for competitive policy, the two-storey building with a cellar of the area of 640 sq. m is situated in the Tverskoy district of the capital in 44, 1st Brestskaya street.
The building is connected to all engineering communications, and needs repair. The building occupies a land plot of 487 sq. meters.
The initial cost is 28.5m roubles. In prospect it might house offices and apartments, or a hotel.
Bids for the tender are accepted until August 24th. The tender is to take place on August, 30th, 2017.
