The Turkish Limak Group construction company bought 49% in the stock of Bashkiria’s concession company created for the construction of the Ufa’s eastern gateway
As Construction.RU has been told by the press office of VTB Capital, The Bashkiria’s concession company and the Turkish Limak concluded an agreement on designing and construction of the transport corridor between the М5 and М7 highways.
The construction of the eastern gateway will take four years, the work starting in six months after the project is approved by the State Expertise Service.
The construction of the eastern gateway includes the tunnel, a bridge across the Ufa river and a road to the M-5 federal highway. The project has been frozen for a long time. Its cost is evaluated as much as 29 bln roubles ($483m). This will be a toll road.
