Industrial and in particular warehousing segments are among the most popular ones among European investors on the real estate market, a report of CBRE consulting company says.

According to a survey conducted by the company, 33% of investors in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa prefer industrial real estate. According to the report, industrial property for the first time has left behind the office sector in terms of demand, with 26% of respondents speaking in favor of it.

“Profitability in the warehouse and industrial segment remains the highest compared to other sectors of the real estate market, while the receipt of sustainable profits is bolstered by a stable demand on the part of leaseholders, which attracts investors from around the world,” the document says.

The company specifies that the most attractive cities in Europe are Paris, Madrid, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, and London.
