Hotel Okura Co. Ltd, one of the oldest Japanese hotel chains, expresses its interest in participating in the completion of Hyatt hotel in Vladivostok, a major city located in the Russian Far East, according to the regional administration.

The company has already presented its project concept for the facility’s completion. Okura, which manages almost 100 hotels in different countries of the world, intends to turn the hotel in Vladivostok into an economically efficient project. Its specialists have developed several proposals aimed at increasing the facility’s profitability. In particular, it is planned to increase the number of rooms, as well as seats in the hotel restaurant, and create lounge areas for VIP guests.

Within the framework of the project, the Japanese company will not just complete the facility but will also landscape the adjacent territory. For these purposes, investors are expected to be attracted. After the hotel is completed, the Japanese company intends to become its operator and will soon submit a business plan.
