Two shopping centers under construction can be sold to the Kyrgyz investment fund KLS Securities, RIA Novosti reported on Monday.

The matter concerns Solaris and Riviera shopping centers located in the west and south of Moscow, respectively. The value of the deal between an investor from Kyrgyzstan and the main owner of the assets, Sergey Gordeev, is estimated at 45 billion rubles ($785 million). As it became known, the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia has already approved both applications submitted by the Kyrgyz investment fund.

At present, there is no information on whether KLS Securities own any real estate in Russia. The company is headquartered in Bishkek, the capital city of Kyrgyzstan while its head, Vladimir Kiryusha, came to Kyrgyzstan more than twenty years ago. Sergey Gordeev owns almost 75% of the stake in PIK group which is engaged in the construction of residential buildings. Also, he possesses Center-Invest, a company specializing in the commercial real estate.
