AccorHotels which is a well-known French hotel operator has announced the acquisition of a 50% stake in the South African hotel and tourist conglomerate Mantis Group.
As indicated in the company's message, Mantis owns five-star hotels, apartments, and houses located all over the world.
As a reference, Mantis Group is the leader in organizing exclusive custom tours to the most impressive hotels around the world, and this partnership will allow strengthening Accor’s positions in Africa, the company’s press release says.
