As early as next year, a new type of settlements will be introduced in Russia. These are villages with “ready to move in” wooden cottages.
As Denis Onosov, the head of Naturi company, told RIA Novosti on Wednesday, negotiations with developers are currently underway and the company is already looking for suitable land plots. According to Onosov, the developers have evaluated this project positively. He noted that in European countries the construction of such settlements is widely practiced, whereas in Russia such projects have not yet been implemented.
The first settlement will be ready for settlement in a year and it is located on the shore of the Istra Reservoir. At present, only one wooden house of this settlement is under construction and all activities are planned to be completed there by this summer. Onosov noted that the first house worth about 30 million rubles ($520,000) will be fully equipped with everything necessary for a family moving in it.
