An unusual building of a police department will emerge in the village of Kommunarka located in the territory recently adjoined to Moscow.
This facility is planned to be designed with the use of modern information modeling technologies, according to a press release by The Moscow Committee for Pricing Policy in Construction and State Expertise of Projects. Such technologies, also called BIM-technologies, will be gradually introduced by the Russian authorities in the construction industry.
The exterior of the building of a new police station will not resemble the typical ones. There will be no fences spoiling the view of the area around the building. Moreover, the building will perfectly fit into the surrounding architecture. Inside the building, a number of interesting solutions will be implemented as well. In particular, in addition to police offices, there will be a sports hall, a shooting club, and a conference hall.
