An enterprise producing watches from precious stones and metals is planned to be established in the Tsaritsyn District, in Moscow.
As reported on Thursday by RIA Novosti, the plant will be situated on a plot of land with an area of 0,9 hectare. The Moscow City Planning and Land Commission has already issued its approval for allotting a plot of land located in the Southern Administrative District of Moscow for the facility’s construction. The plant will be situated at the address: Promyshlennaya Street, building 6. The project's investor is Nika Watch Factory.
It is also reported that an area of the production enterprise will amount to over 16,000 square meters. The land plot allotted for construction is leased to the investor for a period of 6 years.
