As RIA Novosti news agency reported on Monday, the site is located on the 89th floor of the Federation Tower — a building complex in the Moscow International Business Center.
The report says that the opening is scheduled for April 21, 2018. The viewing platform will become the highest not only in Russia but also in all other cities of Europe, which has already been officially included in the Book of Records of Russia.
