Over the last week of April, mortgage rates in the USA have reached a maximum level in comparison with August 2013.
Such information is contained in a document submitted by Freddie Mac state mortgage agency. So, a 30-year mortgage rate has increased up to 4.58% per annum, while a 15-year loan is issued at a rate of 4.02%. It should be noted that the rate does not include other payments related to mortgages.
The growth of mortgage rates is associated with an increase in the yield of 10-year government bonds of the United States, which recently has exceeded three percent, experts say.
