German companies are affected by negative implications of the sanctions imposed by the USA on Russia, with supplies and turnover expected to decrease in the near future, the Russian-German Chamber of Commerce reports on Thursday.
Approximate damage is estimated at $1.5 billion. Such a figure is obtained by means of questioning 154 member companies of the Camber.
“Short-term losses in the current fiscal year are estimated by the survey participants in hundreds of millions of euros and can reach up to €377 million. Medium-term losses will be, according to conservative estimates, no less than €0.82 billion. In the worst case scenario, the losses of the surveyed companies may amount to almost €1,5 billion”, the report says.
According to the study, 79% of the companies consider the criticism against anti-Russian sanctions acceptable.
