The average cost of a house in the Republic of Crimea has decreased compared to last year's indicator and amounted to approximately 12 million rubles ($192,000).
Such an analysis was presented by experts of the World of Apartments news portal, which has examined the cost of resort real estate in fifteen settlements of the Republic of Crimea, RBC reported on Saturday. According to analysts, the decline in house prices on the Peninsula accounted for 1.5%.
The most expensive houses are located on the southern coast of the Crimea, in the area of Yalta. The average price for a house there is about 24 million rubles ($384,000). Among the most expensive resorts of the Peninsula are Gurzuf and Alushta, where the average cost of the house reaches almost 20 million rubles ($320,000).
