Finnish developer YIT sets to build 77,000 sqm of housing in Moscow region

The project for residential development in Shchyolkovo, the town in the Moscow region, Russia, is implemented by AO YIT Moscow Region, a Russian-Finnish investment and construction company founded by the Finnish concern YIT.




According to the plan, the company will build 77,000 square meters in Potapovo-3A neighborhood in Shchyolkovo, RIA Novosti reported citing the Ministry of Construction of the Moscow Region.

The project of a new residential compound has already been approved by the regional Urban Planning Council. The new houses and social infrastructure will be erected on a plot of land with an area of 14.6 hectares.
