Two T-shaped skyscrapers will be erected in the southeast of Cyprus by 2021, CEO of MM Makronisos Marina Ltd, Stavros Caramondanis, told reporters.
Mr. Caramondanis has clarified that this is the second phase of a major project, which is being implemented in the marina in Ayia Napa.
“Upon the construction completion, the multicomplex will include two T-shaped towers over 100 meters high, in which 190 apartments will be located, as well as 29 villas, shops, and restaurants. The volume of investments in the second phase of the project will be about 180 million euros,” Interfax news agency quoted Stavros Caramondanis as saying.
He added that in the summer of 2019 the first phase of the project, which started in September 2016 — the construction of basic infrastructure facilities and a marina, is planned to be completed.
