A residential complex, consisting of low-rise buildings, will be built in the Rostov region, Russia, Interfax news agency reports citing the Investment Development Agency.
The cost of the project is approximately 6 billion rubles. The relative agreement was signed today on the sidelines of SPIEF by the governor of the region Vasily Golubev and the general director of the company Megastroy Vasily Pertsev.
The settlement will be located on a land plot of 43.6 hectares. It is planned that 600 million rubles will be invested in the first phase of construction. As soon as the facility is put into operation, about 6,000 people will be able to live there.
