Next year, a modern trade and business complex Smolensky Passage 2 is planned to be opened, a co-owner of Safmar Group, Sait-Salam Gutseriev, told the media.
The facility includes a Class A business center with a total area of 9,400 square meters and a shopping center with an area of 14,800 square meters. According to Gutseriev, all construction activities at the facility will be completed this year, while in the spring of next year, the trade and business complex will be put into operation.
The building is being built on Smolenskaya Square, in the center of Moscow, next to another commercial and business center erected by the same company — Smolensky Passage 2. Currently, its office part is being reconstructed. These works are also planned to be completed in 2019.
We should remind you that according to Forbes, at year-end 2017, Safmar Group held the fourth place in Russia in rental income drawn from a commercial real estate, earning $600 million.
