Over 25,000 cars were recorded on June 10 on a bridge across the Kerch Strait. The vehicles traveled both towards the Crimea and in the opposite direction, RIA Novosti reported on Wednesday.

Thus, a new record of traffic on the Crimean bridge was set, exceeding the record of 23,000 cars established earlier, on May 20 this year.

In total, over 70,000 vehicles have crossed the newly opened bridge across the Kerch Strait. These include about six hundred buses, according to the Federal Road Transport Agency.

Since the beginning of the holiday period, the Crimean bridge has been crossed by more than 180,000 cars, while over one hundred thousand of them were heading towards the Republic of Crimea.
