A housing complex is planned to be constructed on the premises of a former factory n.a. V.A. Kazakov.

A concept for the project will be developed by the Japanese architect bureau Kengo Kuma & Associates. So, on a plot of land with an area of 12 hectares, which is located between Kutuzovsky Avenue and the Moscow River, about 360,000 square meters of a residential complex will be built.
According to the project, the mixed-use complex includes two blocks of buildings with varying floors, and the closer the building is to the center, the higher it will be. A pedestrian route will be laid along the central axis, which will connect the embankment and Kutuzovsky Avenue. A Japan-style garden and landscape design on the patio will become the project’s peculiarity.
