Iran together with its Russian partners will build an enterprise in Semnan province to produce vaccines for livestock.
According to Financial Tribune, which cites Mohammad Saeedi, a director general of the regional veterinary organization, investments in the amount of 10 million euros are required for the project’s implementation. About 25% of this amount will be provided by the Russian party, he added.
Mr. Saeedi has specified that the construction of the vaccine production facility is planned to be launched in the current (Iranian) year (March 2018-1919). According to preliminary estimates, the plant is scheduled to be put into operation within three years.
About 400 jobs, both direct and indirect ones, are expected to be created after the enterprise is put into operation.
