Memorandum on cooperation in the field of construction and housing is expected to be signed by the Construction Ministry of Russia and Vietnam’s Ministry of Construction.
This was announced at a meeting held in Moscow between the representatives of two departments, who discussed prospects for bilateral cooperation in the field of housing construction as well as legislation on urban planning and architecture.
In September 2017, an agreement was reached at a session of the Intergovernmental Commission on sharing experience and interaction on issues of town-planning activity, updating construction norms and introducing new building materials and technologies, as well as developing housing and communal services and urban environment.
