About 50 commercial real estate items put up for auction in Moscow

Almost 50 real estate items located in Moscow have been put up for auctions for the commercial use, the city department for competition policy said on Wednesday.




“Most of the lots (fifteen) are located in the Central Administrative District. There are six real estate items in Eastern, Northern and South-Eastern Administrative Districts each, as well as four items in Southern, Western, and South-Western Administrative Districts each. The starting cost of one square meter in average amounts to 65,000 rubles ($953 — editor’s note),” the report says.

In particular, non-residential premises are offered for sale at the address: Varshavskoe Shosse, building 18/2 with an area of ​​744 square meters. The initial price of the item is 32,5 million rubles ($476,000). In addition, non-residential premises located on Timiryazevskaya Street, building 25, with an area of 668 square meters, can be purchased at the auction for 43,8 million rubles ($642,000).

Applications for participation in the auction can be submitted until September 27. The auction is scheduled to be held on October 3, 2018.
