Tigre de Cristal to build beach club and mall in Primorye for $248 million

The management of Tigre de Cristal Hotel & Resort plans to build a second phase of the project in Primorye, which will include an indoor beach club and a premium shopping center with boutiques of world brands, the press office of the regional administration reports.
