The Moscow authorities have put up for sale a building housing a fitness club that is located in the Maryino district of the capital city of Russia.
This is stated in a press release by the Moscow city department for competition policy. The area of the premises amounts to more than 2,700 square meters. The fitness center is just a twenty-minute walk away from Bratislavskaya metro station. According to the press release, the premises are in good condition and earlier there was a repair typical for a fitness club.
An electronic auction is scheduled for October 17, 2018. Those wishing to participate should submit their applications by October 11, 2018.
As a reference, Maryino is a district in southeastern part of the capital city of Russia with an area of about 12 thousand square kilometers and population amounting to more than 252 thousand people. Maryino is considered to be the most populated district of Moscow.
