Since March 2018, a Russian investor Konstantin Strukov has been carrying out the construction of a 5-star hotel in the bay of Dobra Luka located in Montenegro, Total Montenegro News reports on Monday.

The facility is planned to be put into operation in June 2019. The construction of the hotel is the first phase of a project “Tourist resort T1 - Central building - hotel Dobra Luka 5*” being implemented on a plot of land with an area of more than 8,000 square meters.

Konstantin Strukov, a billionaire from Russia, whose wealth, according to Forbes, is estimated at $1.7 billion, will build a 5-star hotel with auxiliary facilities with an area of more than 3,750 square meters. The complex will be located in the Gulf of Dobra Luka on the peninsula of Lustica. The contractor is a local construction company from Budva.

The construction of the hotel complex is carried out in accordance with the conceptual solution of the country’s chief architect, Dusan Vukasovich. The document specifies that the tourist development under construction is a unique functional complex, where the basic principles of local architecture should be observed. In addition, the buildings should be adapted to regional climatic conditions.

So, the hotel complex must be designed in the Mediterranean style or its modern interpretations. In particular, the facades must be made of natural stone of local origin, and when decorating terraces and windows it is necessary to use natural wood.
