Two new residential quarters will be built in the South-Eastern District of Moscow, at a site where Lyublino industrial zone is currently located.
This was announced on Thursday by the city department for town-planning policy. According to the project, over a hundred hectares of land will be built up with a new residential quarter. The press release specifies that the matter concerns the construction of a residential block of a comfort class.
The block of houses will be located on Donetskaya street. The buildings have an alternating number of floors — from six to 32. The construction of a new residential quarter, which will be named “Domashny”, includes three phases. Completion of the project is scheduled for 2020.
Meanwhile, this is not the only residential quarter that is being built on the territory of Lyublino industrial zone. Earlier, at the end of the summer, the building of a residential block of a comfort class began, with a construction site located on Lyublinskaya Street. Within the framework of this project, 27 houses are planned to be erected on the site.
