As Construction.ru was told by the city press office, the corresponding memorandum on cooperation was signed by the Saint Petersburg government and the “Dunbao” company. The document also fixes the parties’ intent for long-term and multilateral cooperation in the spheres of investment project preparation and implementation of transportation infrastructure.
The construction of the center will be carried out in 8 stages, to be completed by 2024. The land allocation for the investor is being considered now. The project includes the creation of a park area with elements of landscape design. Two towers will dominate the 25-floor hotel and business center.
The area of construction will be more than 90,000 m2 and will include exhibition and trade halls, a business center, hotels, car-parking, etc. Large Chinese companies will show their goods and innovations there.
