As the press office of Moscomstroyinvest told Construction.ru, the construction site will be situated over the corridors of the future metro station. A building with an area of 18,000 m2 will be erected there.
The building won’t be higher than 30m. Hotel rooms, offices, cafes, amusement centers and a police station will be found within. The land lot, of 4 hectares, is located by the Khoroshevskoye highway, and the metro station is currently being constructed.
