As local media have reported, the head of the district has discussed the construction of the residential area in Novotitarovskaya village with an Italian developer.
The company is now preparing design specifications and estimates and are developing engineering communications.
Work at the construction site will start soon. Within the project, 1,000 cottages will be built on a territory of 45 hectares. There also will be a nursery school, a medical care center, offices and a church.
Investment is 2.38 bln rubles, and the project’s implementation will take 5 years.
