The new 52-storey building is planned to be constructed in the center of the city. There will be underground parking for 750 cars, a café, a restaurant, a hotel and a sky bar with beautiful views. The skyscraper was designed at Seoul State University. It has been designed with wind loading in mind and has a seismic rating of up to 6 points.
