The project was designed by the creative production association ‘Reserve Ltd’. It will be built on Volokolamskoye highway
There will be 322 rooms for 450 guests, an underground floor for technical services, a canteen for employees and a laundry. The 15-storey building will be 57.9 m high. There also will be a lobby bar, a restaurant, and lounges. The transport infrastructure is very convenient and adapted for people of restricted mobility.
