As stated in the minutes of the Russian-Chinese intergovernmental committee meeting on cooperation in the energy sphere, ‘Inter RAO’ and the ????? state energy company (China) will build a turn-key CHP plant in the Yaroslavl region.
The CHP plant design documentation has already been developed and is ready for expert analysis. The project investment is assessed at 15 bln rubles, the major part coming from China. The plant is to be put into operation before the end of 2018.
