Mikhail Menn has spoken on the threat of Turkish companies leaving the Russian market

The Ministry’s press office told Construction.ru about this on November 27th. According to him, trust in Turks has been seriously eroded. The Ministry’s experts, together with other departments and large Russian developers, will soon analyze and reconsider joint Russian/Turkish construction projects.

The Minister is sure that Turkish companies quitting the Russian market will not influence it negatively, as it is mainly Russian builders who work in the mass construction segment, and in premium-class housing construction, Turkish builders can be easily replaced by domestic market players.

To remind you, on November 26th, the Prime Minister, Dmitry Medvedev, charged the government with the task of working out a series of retaliatory measures for two days against the aggressive act of Turkey having downed the Russian Su-24.
