As Construction.ru was told by the regional press office, the enterprise occupies 7 hectares in the Zavolzhie industrial park. The first product will be manufactured at the beginning of 2016.
Its capacity will be 16m litres of protective coverage for vessels, metal constructions for infrastructure objects, bridges, electric power stations, oil processing and chemical plants, off-shore and on-shore oil and gas constructions, and pipe-lines. Many of these have been developed specially for the Russian market and its specific climatic conditions.
The investment volumes total €30m. Modern technologies, including automatic metering systems, high-speed filling lines and robotic laying system are being used at the plant. The utilization of technological liquids, ground contamination protection, the collection of contaminated water and fire extinguishers are also provided for.
