As Construction.ru was told by the press office of Moscomstroyinvest, Turkish construction companies work both as investors and contractors on the construction market in the capital. They mainly invest in office and trade projects.
But according to Marat Khusnullin, the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction, the capital’s construction complex is so large that one country’s investors leaving the market will not significantly impact upon the investment and construction market as a whole. It may cause some delay in putting into operation some objects, but will not influence the situation more widely.
