The head of the RF Ministry of Finance, Anton Siluanov, spoke about this at the Gaidar forum in Moscow. As far as the situation in the country is concerned, the main task now is to correlate the federal budget with current events.
If this is not done, events will develop as in 1998-1999 and the government will have to take a harder line, as there is no time for reforms.
