As “Kommersant” reports, the lot, located in the Yuzhny district, belongs to Basily Anisimov’s Coalco company. The purchase price was 1.1 bln rubles. Auchan will build a retail park there by 2017. Its area will be 40,000 m2 and it may include the Auchan hypermarket, “Leroy Merlin”, “Decathlon”, etc.
