The Hulunbuir International construction corporation, from the Chinese autonomous district of Inner Mongolia, is interested in the implementation of the project.
Earlier, the bridge was planned to be a toll bridge constructed on a PPP basis, but local citizens did not like the idea.
What the Chinese have been promised for the erection of the object is not known yet.
