As Construction.RU was told today by the regional press office, a luxurious all-season resort of the international standard of services will be erected on the base of this complex.
For that purpose, 120 hectares land plots have been allotted, where the all-season complex is to be located. On that place the utility system and tourist infrastructure will be constructed.
In summer, a detailed plan of the mountain skiing arena will become available for potential investors.
Over the course of 6 years, 8,5 bln roubles will be invested in the resort development, 5,5 bln roubles of them will be expenses on the construction of the tourist infrastructure objects, and 3-4 bln roubles will be spent on engineering and transport infrastructure, ski trails, and improvement of areas.
