The total amount of investments will be about $360 m, a managing partner of Savills consulting group, Dmitry Khalin, told reporters on Tuesday.
Investor is to allocate approximately $120 m to each of the projects, pointed out Dmitry Khalin.
According to him, the start of the projects implementation is scheduled for the end of 2016 – the beginning of 2017.
15 apartments are planned to be included in each project. The building’s residents will have an opportunity to exploit a hotel infrastructure.
