Mikhail Menn told the potential partners about the conditions of investment in the Russian construction, housing and utilities sector as per national legislation, the Ministry’s press office told Construction.RU on Friday.
Now, the French party is considering an opportunity to make investments in this sector. In the opinion of Russian Ministry’s counterparts, the conditions of concession agreements are really attractive for the investors.
The Construction Minister of Russia, Mikhail Menn, has given an assignment to his Deputy, Andrey Chibis, to render assistance to the French party and in the near future to submit a list of proposals with projects to take part in.
