According to BIR-Analytics, “Zarechenskiye Dachi” LLC is controlled by Protonius Investments, a Cyprus company which is considered to be connected with a well-known Russian billionaire, Roman Abramovich.
Within the framework of the first phase of the golf club construction, an administration and amenity complex with a café is to be erected. The area of the facility will amount to 2,000 sq.m. A multi-functional fitness, recreational and hotel complex with guest homes and opened sports facilities are to be constructed at the second phase.
The total area of the golf club’s facilities will be 15,000 sq.m, the club will occupy a 4,7 hectares land plot.
