As Vedomosti newspaper reports on Monday, the price of the contract hasn’t been determined yet and is negotiated at the level of $100 m.
As soon as the assessment of the chain’s facilities is made, the sum might change.
A chain of nine hotels in the cities of Moscow, Sochi, Yaroslavl, Izhevsk, Astrakhan, Kazan, Voronezh, Novosibirsk and Volgograd are for sale. Seven hotels more are under construction now.
At present, the parties don’t reveal the details of a potential deal.
