“The company intends to develop wooden house construction, especially as the question of concessional mortgage for such buildings is essential in Russia, whereas in Europe the growth in demand for wood is expected”, - says the newspaper.
By 2020, the company plans to export about 10,000 cubic meters of laminated wood structure.
According to a director general of Segezha Group, Sergey Pomelov, the issue of wooden houses construction is extremely topical, because the Industry and Commerce Ministry jointly with the Construction Ministry, Russian banking institutions and experts are working out a question of implementation of a concessional mortgage lending when purchasing wooden houses of breed type by the citizens.
