According to the information published on the hotel website, the 4-stars hotel is located in Karlovy Vary.
At present, Ministry of Land and Property Regulations of Tatarstan owns 100% of the company. Meanwhile, it’s planned to privatized the whole stock of shares.
The shares are planned to be privatized by means of their realization in a public sale or inclusion in shareholders’ equities of joint-stock companies. Privatization is carried out with the purpose to attract investments in industrial and innovation structures, optimize the structure of state property and generate budgetary incomes”.
