The Urban Construction and Land Commission of Moscow approved on the 7th of July a project of the urban construction plan of a land plot situated on Derbenevskaya Street, 6. An office center of the company’s subsidiary with an area of 1,400 sq.m is located at this address.
The projects provides for the erection of an extension to the existing 2,800 sq.m building.
After the reconstruction, an aboveground area of the office center, designed to host a parking, will amount to 4,200 sq.m.
