According to “Delovoy Peterburg”, the new project is estimated at 2,5 – 3 bln roubles.
The construction work is to start as early as in autumn and will be conducted near the construction site of the “Vremena Goda” (Four Seasons) residential compound.
BI Group has been operating in Russia since 2008. In particular, the company acted as an investor of the Central region of Konstantinovo satellite town and a contractor of the “Vesenino” cottage village in the Moscow region.
