“Inspections will take two years and will be carried out jointly with German specialists”, - stressed Gurban Etirmishli. According to him, the final date of the start of inspections will become known following the results of negotiations, which will be held in Germany on the 19th – 21st of August.
Gurban Etirmishli pointed out that the major part of the buildings in Baku are constructed with a view to 9-points strong earthquakes. The control for the construction works is carried out by the Emergency Ministry of Azerbaijan.
