India evacuates 10,000 starving construction workers from Gulf states

The builders were fired following the slowdown of the country's economic activity, what left them on the poverty line.

At present, the Indian consulate in Jeddah set up the emergency distribution of more than 15,000 kg of food for their starving compatriots.

After the drop in oil prices, the government of Saudi Arabia had to reduce expenditure, what effected negatively the country's conservation industry, in particular, the companies heavily dependent on state contracts.
