The company interested in the deal is Magal Security Systems owned by Saar Koursh. According to Saar Koursh, he has and experience of building barriers around the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, Israel’s border with Egypt. It also participated in the projects in Kenya and Somalia.
“We would join forces with a major US defense company that has experience with such projects worldwide. We’ve done it in the past, and we would definitely want to do it.” said Koursh.
